OpenSSH for Windows

okay, so the installer is finished. The documentation is out of dates but hey... It will be fixed real soon now.

Install
then
start:openssh for windows:tools:make group
start:openssh for windows:tools:add password
start:openssh for windows:tools:start ssh server

You need to have a password to log into windows. I don't think I have public keys working yet. Hopefully they'll be functional soon. This is betaware. Use at your own risk.

BTW: this will work with an installed copy of cygwin. They interact a little oddly (they use different mount points and the mount point you get depends on if cygwin or ssh got there first). So if you get an error about installing it over cygwin - just ignore it.
